AETNA VITAL SAVINGS PROGRAM*
This program offers significant discounts on dental care through the Aetna Dental Access network and gives you access to savings on vision care products or services through the Vision One discount program. It is easy to use; there are no claim forms, no deductibles or maximums, no frequency limitations and no waiting periods. Simply present your Aetna ID card to a participating dentist or a Vision One location to receive the Vital Savings discount and pay the dental or vision provider directly.
Monthly rates for the Vital Savings dental discount program are $4 for one participant and $7 for family participation. There is no additional monthly premium for the Vision One eye care program. You must provide the promotional code 882016010 when signing up to receive these special rates.
