UnitedHealthcare Medicare Supplement Plans
Post-65 retirees and their covered dependents age 65 or older will continue to have access to Medicare supplement plans administered by UnitedHealthcare.
UnitedHealthcare offers a variety of plans for you to choose from, including medical, dental, vision and prescription drug coverage. These plan options vary in coverage and cost, so you can choose the plan(s)
that best fit your healthcare needs and budget.
Dow Jones will provide you with financial support through a Retiree Reimbursement Account (RRA), if you are eligible. This account can be used to help cover the cost of:
• Health plan premiums,
• Eligible medical expenses, like office visits and prescription drug costs, and
• Future eligible expenses.
BEFORE YOU TURN AGE 65
If you are within 90 days of turning Medicare-eligible due to the attainment of your 65th birthday, you should:
• Contact Medicare at 1-800-Medicare (1-800-633-4227) or visit www.medicare.gov to learn more and enroll in the program, and
• Contact UnitedHealthcare at 1-800-551-7038 to talk about your options for Medicare supplement plans.
