Pre-65 Retirees: How to enroll
During Annual Enrollment
You will use our Benefits Center website to review your coverage information and dependents, make any changes, and/or elect new benefits for 2021. You can access the online enrollment system 24 hours a day, seven days a week, from any location by visiting www.link2mybenefits.com.
MAKING YOUR BENEFIT ELECTIONS: FOR CURRENT PRE-65 RETIREES AND/OR THEIR DEPENDENTS
1. Login to the enrollment site www.link2mybenefis.com.
2. You will be prompted to change your username and password.
3. Click on the Annual Enrollment button.
If you don’t have Internet access, or are not able to enroll through the Benefits Center website, you can call the Benefits Center at 1-800-220-1716 to make your retiree benefit elections. You can contact the call center between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., Eastern Time, any business day, to speak with an experienced service representative.
YOU MAY NOT NEED TO TAKE ACTION
If you are currently enrolled in the Aetna Choice POS II Plan and you are a pre-65 retiree or dependent, you do not need to take action during the Annual Enrollment period — you and your dependents will stay enrolled in your current plan at your current coverage tier, but at 2019 costs. You are not required to re-enroll in a healthcare plan, unless you want to make changes. For more information, log on to www.link2mybenefits.com or call the Benefits Center at 1-800-220-1716.

QUALIFIED FAMILY STATUS CHANGES
Certain family status changes permit you to make a special enrollment election for yourself and any existing dependents. Note that only dependents who were eligible for coverage on the date you retired may be added to your coverage. Examples of qualified family status changes include if:
• You get divorced.
• You or your eligible dependents lose coverage under another health plan and you previously waived coverage in the Dow Jones plan.
