Pre-65 retiree contributions will increase for 2025.
Enhancements to our healthcare plans
Under our Vision Plan, new hardware will be covered once every 12 months, up from once every 24 months.
We’re adding Access Plus benefits to our Employee Assistance Plan (EAP), an online portal where you can search for and book appointments with virtual and in-person mental healthcare providers, making it faster and easier to get help when you need it.
The timeframe for updating your coverage outside of the Annual Enrollment period is changing from within 31 days to within 60 days of a qualifying life event, such as getting married, or giving birth to or adopting a child, or getting divorced.
